Affordable Housing Proposed for Ladybank Road, Pitlessie

Fife Council and Kingdom Housing Association have have submitted a proposal for 34 affordable properties for rent; 22 council and 12 Kingdom Housing Association properties.

If progressed, this project would become part of the council's wider affordable housing programme to increase the number of affordable homes for rent across Fife. It is one of a number of porposals being considered to meet the council's commitment to deliver 2700 new affordable homes by 2017.

A drop-in event for members of the public to view and comment on the proposal will take place on the Thursday 15th October at Wilkie Hall between 4pm and 7pm.

The plans will also be available to view online from the 15th of October at www.fifedirect.org.uk/newbuild for those who cannot attend.
