A&E Waiting Times Reduced

Fifers are having to spend less time in Hospital waiting rooms than this time last year

Scottish Government statistics show that 93.7% of patients were seen and either treated, discharged or transferred out of A&E within four hours in the past week.

The performance during winter periods can fluctuate as demands on the service increase, however, the Scottish Government have said they still expect improvements on last year.
