Youngest Scot, 13, Wins Commonwealth Medal

The youngest Scottish competitor in Commonwealth Games history has won bronze.

Erraid Davies, who's 13, is the youngest Scottish competitor in Games history, and now youngest medallist after coming third in the SB9 100m final.

The teenager from Shetland produced a strong second half to finish behind New Zealand's Sophie Pascoe and Madeleine Scott, of Australia, respectively.

In the cycling, Laura Trott won the points race despite suffering from a kidney infection.

It's another busy day in Glasgow today, including England's Adam Gemili hoping to win 100-metres athletics gold.

And women's boxing makes its Games debut, with Olympic champion Nicola Adams in action.
