Join Scott Hutchison-McDade, Scotland’s leading Zen yoga teacher, and Face Yoga Scotland founder Karen Gider for a head-to-toe, transformational workshop to re-balance the body's energy systems and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

By practising Zen yoga, a series of mindful movements, you will deepen your mind-body connection and ultimately feel calmer, refreshed, revitalised and more in tune with your mind and body.

The workshop, which takes a systematic approach to wellbeing and is the first of its kind in Scotland, will also give you the tools to lift, tone and tighten your facial muscles, helping you to relieve tension, rejuvenate your complexion and achieve a healthy glow.

It's being brought to you by pioneers in their respective fields, combining an exclusive fusion of healing and restorative techniques to empower you to live your best life.

Experience is not necessary, but please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

About your hosts:

She is also a professional beauty therapist and qualified Dien Chan Zone Operator with the International Academy of Italian Facial Reflexology. Karen regularly delivers workshops, online lessons and consultations and events throughout Scotland. She is also the beauty editor for Holistic Scotland Magazine, Scotland’s only health and wellbeing title.

Scott Hutchison-McDade is Scotland’s leading Zen Yoga teacher, with more than 20 years’ experience in the field and has been teaching since 2017.
Scott’s unique teaching style draws on his health care experience and suicide prevention training, as well as the spiritual side of Zen Yoga, whose Buddhist roots help students focus on the present moment and utilise the body’s energy systems to boost their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
He is also a broadcasting director and presenter of Wellbeing Radio and columnist for Holistic Scotland Magazine.
Scott, who developed Scotland’s first sound therapy combining silent disco technology and binaural beats, utilises meditation and crystal therapy in his practices, which are designed for people of all walks of life and belief systems.
His goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone and challenge the misconception that it’s only for slim, flexible people in spandex.

Scott believes yoga teaches us to work in partnership with our minds and bodies to help build confidence, strength, flexibility and resilience.
