Looking to get moving, keep mentally and physically fit as well as getting out and socialising?
Fancy trying or returning to rugby, but without the physical contact? Walking rugby could be the thing for you.
We are running a free taster session at 1pm on Saturday 15th December at Duffus Park in Cupar. Our 1st XV take on Glasgow Accies at 2pm, so stay and watch the game and enjoy being part of the rugby family.
