At this workshop our experienced gardeners will help you develop the knowledge and confidence to save seeds from plants in your garden and to start taking cuttings.

We’ll discuss the best plants to save seed from and how to dry and store them ready to sow next year. We’ll do some practical seed saving at our plot so you have some seeds to take home.

We’ll do some practical hands-on work taking cuttings from soft fruit plants to create new plants that you can take home and try out in your garden.

There will be a mix of theory and practical hands-on activities, including walking around the garden. No experience necessary. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and walking footwear. There is disabled parking on site and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
