The Ecology Centre’s ‘Your peace, our place’ - health and wellbeing day

Come along to Fife’s first outdoor health and wellbeing day on Saturday, 17 August from 10am until 3pm at The Ecology Centre in Kinghorn. Expect a day filled with talks, treatments and workshops co-hosted by Holistic Scotland Magazine to help you feel healthier, energised and more in tune with yourself and the world around you.
Highlights include a foodie area dedicated to the latest plant-based food and drinks; free taster classes from some of Fife’s top fitness experts, specialising in yoga, Nia, PiYo and strength training; plenty of stalls and a series of talks designed to inspire and entertain.

Holistic Scotland Magazine will debut its new Herbal Tea Tent and Chill Out Zone – sponsored by Health Food & More – where you’ll be able to grab a free herbal tea or alt-gin virgin drink and enjoy a face yoga or sound healing session in association with Face Yoga Scotland and Positive Change Yoga. The day will culminate in a guided meditation in the Holistic Scotland Magazine tent, where you’ll be able to pick up a free goodie bag containing the latest issue of Holistic Scotland Magazine and a selection of other natural health and beauty gifts.
