NHS Assertiveness Course
Thursday, March 26th
The NHS Fife Psychology Department runs a one off Assertiveness class, which lasts two hours: sometimes we may find we find it hard to say no to things or don’t feel able to express ourselves, or maybe we feel an imbalance in our relationships, if that’s the case then learning to communicate in an assertive way through our assertiveness class may be helpful.
