Move It Or Lose It Gentle Exercise Class for the Older Adult
Multiple dates from Friday, February 7th to Friday, April 3rd
A weekly gentle exercise classes for the older adult. First class is free. Thereafter, £5 for an hour-long class.
Feel 10 years' younger after a fun class which works on the FABS principle of: flexibility, aerobic, balance and strength. Ladies and Gents. All Welcome.
Exercises can be done sitting or standing. There's no getting on and off the floor and they're great fun!
Wear flat shoes and loose comfortable clothing. Come along on and try it out. Bring a friend and a bottle of water.
You'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire on the first day, which will be kept completely confidential. This is to enable your instructor to advise you accordingly.
Hope to see you there. Please note there's no class on 28th Feb.
Price: Your first class is free. Then £5 per class.
