A yoga class designed to open the heart and ease the mind through a spiritual connection with the Divine.
This class will use mindful movement through yoga postures, Ceremony and ancient wisdom from both Hindu based practices and Zen to take you on a journey into self through self.
The class will use the power of the breath along with sacred mantra and meditation to release the light from within. All you need is an open mind.
This heavenly Yoga class is taught by the wonderful Scott Hutchison-McDade from Positive Change Yoga
