Fife Housing Group are hosting a FREE feel-good event at the Templehall Community Centre in Kirkcaldy from 11am – 2pm, on Monday 30 September.

Relax and spend some time on yourself for a change with a FREE trial of activities offered by our partners, which could help to help improve your health and happiness:

- Therapy dogs (Paws at Work Scotland - PAWS)
- Confidence building (StartScotland)
- Meditation (Positive Change Yoga)
- Mindfulness (Fife Employment Access Trust)
- Mini massages
- Yoga (Positive Change Yoga)
- Ladies and gents haircuts (Revolution Barbershop)
- Mini manicures
- Carpet bowls (Fair Isle Bowling Club)
- Music from local performer (in association with Heart and Sound)
- Raffle
- Light buffet and refreshments

A range of local agencies and community organisations, including The Well, Kirkcaldy Men’s Shed, Mood Café, the Scottish Book Trust and the NHS Fife, will also be available to provide additional information and advice.
