Saturday, 22 February 2020

Time
10:00 - 13:00
Venue
Greener Kirkcaldy, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XT
Price
£28-£35

Imagine taking your own freshly baked bread out of the oven – the smell, the taste and the satisfaction of having made it yourself.

On our fun and informative bread making workshop you’ll learn a basic recipe to bake your own loaves at home and how this can be adapted to create a variety of different types of bread.

We’ll look at the ingredients and techniques – and how you can incorporate bread-making into your daily life.

The course is hands-on – we’ll create a basic loaf from scratch, along with at least 1 variation. There will be time to discuss, taste and compare notes.

You’ll leave inspired and ready to abandon shop-bought bread.

The course is suitable for beginners. Please bring a bag to take home your creations.

There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
