Friendly and Enjoyable classes that teach parents/carers different massage techniques to do with their babies that enhances relaxation, helps to bond with baby, reduces any tummy, joint or muscles pains, and also helps with constipated and colic.
Each class runs on a weekly basis starting February in Leven, Glenrothes, Kennoway and Kirkcaldy, with each class runs for 1 hour and includes the use of baby mat, oil, sensory toy and there will be handout leaflets given out at Classes to take home.
Classes are booked in blocks of 5 costing £32.
