Police have arrested and charged two men over a robbery and assault in Burntisland.
It happened at a newsagents on the high street in the town at around 6:40am yesterday.
Officers attended the scene and there were no serious injuries.
The two men, aged 39 and 28, will appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court tomorrow.
A full report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
