Residents in Burntisland struck it lucky with the weather on Monday, as the village hosted its 367th Highland Games.
Highs of 24 degrees celsius were recorded in the area.
The event- which is held annually on the third Monday in July- marked the beginning of Fife Fair Fortnight.
Writing on Twitter, MP for Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath Lesley Laird said: "Fantastic to be at the Burntisland Highland Games to soak up the action under the fabulous sunshine.
"All the hard work's paid off- well done organisers- and the atmosphere is great!"
