Return to Stark's Park 'too good to resist' says new Rovers boss

Returning Raith Rovers boss John McGlynn says the opportunity to come back to Stark's Park was too good to resist.

He has already had a stint with the Rovers, between 2006 and 2012.

During that time the club won promotion from the old Second Division in 2009 and, and came close to moving into the Scottish Premier League.

McGlynn left the club in 2012 to manage Hearts, and has been working behind the scenes at Celtic for the last few years.

He is joined by new assistant manager Paul Smith.

The new boss says he is excited to get started again with the Rovers, and he has high hopes for the club's future:
