A Glenrothes man has been recognised for five decades of commitment to football in Fife.
Joe McCafferty has been awarded "Best Volunteer in Youth Football" at this year's Scottish FA Awards.
The 86-year-old volunteer has gone above and beyond in children's, youth and schools football to make sure youngsters are given the chance to play the sport in a friendly, fun and safe environment.
McDonald's and the Sunday Mail presented the annual grassroots awards.
