
A man's appeared in private at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court charged with terrorism offences.
Sam Imrie is facing two charges under the Terrorism Act 2006 and one under the Terrorism Act 2000.
The 22-year-old was arrested after police raided a house in Glenrothes in the early hours of Saturday the 6th of July.
Imrie is accused of intending to commit an act of terrorism and is facing a charge relating to encouraging others to commit terrorism.
It is further alleged Imrie possessed information likely to be useful in the preparation of an act of terrorism.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
