Fife Council co-leaders calls for more local government support

The co-leaders of Fife Council have joined calls from a Scottish trade union to overhaul how local authorities are funded.

Councillors in the Kingdom needed to deal with a £9million funding gap this year when setting out their budget - with a 3% increase to council tax in the plans.
