It's claimed one of the Woolwich murder suspects was asked to work for MI5.
During a TV interview, a friend of Michael Adebolajo said the suspect was approached by the security service.
The BBC says Abu Nusaybah was arrested shortly after an interview on their Newsnight programme.
Scotland Yard say a 31-year-old man was arrested at the BBC on suspicion of terrorism offences - NOT linked to the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby.

A zoo worker who was seriously injured by a tiger at an animal park in Cumbria has died.
Police say 24 year old Sarah McClay from the Barrow area was in the big cat's enclosure when she was mauled.
The incident happened at South Lakes Wild Animal Park in Dalton-in-Furness.

Police are warning pub owners in Fife to beware of an increase in attempted scams.
The con involves a man phoning claiming to be a well-known regular who's looking to book a family event.
He then asks to 'borrow' a sum of money from the landlord to pay for a vehicle.
Community safety officer Paul Buttercase says it's an old trick.

Six Fifers are setting off on a five day cycle in memory of Andrew Carnegie.
The group, led by rotary club member Alan Prentice, will cycle over 400 miles to receive a gift from President of the Peace Palace in the Netherlands.
Pedal4Peace is aiming to raise awareness of the philanthropist, on the 100th anniversary of Carnegie funding the building in the Hague.

Primary and nursery teachers in Scotland say the new school syllabus is putting too much pressure on them.
A survey by teaching union the EIS found 80% feel there's been a high or very high increase in their workload since Curriculum for Excellence was brought in.
And more than half say they're barely confident or not confident at all in the assessments used by the system.
Ministers insist they're taking the issue serously and working with unions and councils to monitor the issue.
EIS General secretary Larry Flanagan says members are worried it's affecting teaching.

Warm tributes have been paid to the soldier brutally killed outside an army barracks in south east London.
Drummer Lee Rigby's family described him as a loving son, husband and father who always wanted to be in the army.
His Commanding Officer says he inspired many other young people to join the armed forces.

Plans for a new supermarket in Dalgety Bay will be shown to the public today.
The proposal would see the existing buildings at the entrance to Donibristle Industrial Estate knocked down, including the popular Play Planet which would get purpose built new facilities.
Budget supermarket Aldi would open a branch there along with family pub chain Marston's.

Scotland Yard's counter-terror unit is leading the investigation into the murder of a man who was hacked to death in London yesterday afternoon.
The incident in Woolwich has been described by the Metropolitan Police Commissioner as "shocking and horrific".
Two men, who were shot by police, have been arrested, they're in hospital.
The victim's believed to have been a serving British soldier, prompting security to be tightened at army barracks across London.
The Prime Minister will chair a meeting of the government's emergency committee COBRA this morning.

More than £550 million was spent paying off public sector workers in just two years.
Watchdogs say almost 14, 000 staff got an early departure deal between 2010 and 2012, with each pocketing an average £40, 000.
The Audit Scotland report says most organisations expect to make savings from the payoffs over a number of years.
