Looking forward to getting back to work tomorrow! You can call be any names you like for thinking this, I’m also quite excited about the return of The X Factor tomorrow night !!
I mean, yeaaah, we’ll have weeks of rubbish or surprising auditions and we’ll have the usual sob stories, but I like it ! If you believe some of the rumors, this will be the last British one, for a while if nothing else !
Whether you want to or not, you’ll probably hear LOTS about it … so go on … give in … its harmless fun ?!

I got word yesterday that I will be one of the judges at the final, of Fifes Got Talent!
Now … I have always fancied myself as a judge on The X Factor, or Britians Got Talent, so this is perfect for me, and I am really lookoing forward to seeing the final 12 acts on the 1st of August!

Another good result for the Wednesday Weigh In … with everybody once again losing weight.
Most importantly though, we are all enjoying the slightly healthier eating and having a laugh during the weigh in itself! If you’re considering making a few changes and trying to lose some weight then why not have a listen to the Podcast, complete with the Extra Portions. You never know, it may help!

It’s been a while since I have sat down to write a blog, so much so I struggled to remember my log in details but I do plan on contributing regularly to this section of our website.
I have to start with the Wednesday Weigh In. As you will have read in Darren and Ali’s blogs we are kick starting the year with another attempt to loose some weight. The good news after the first week - is - it seems to be working.
I don’t have all the stats to hand, but I am sure Darren will post them all tomorrow.

Yesterday was the day that some of us from Kingdom FM had been dreading.
A while ago we agreed to take part in a charity event to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support… that event was a 160ft high zip slide at Ravenscraig Park in Fife.
The weather was terrible, and despite not be great with heights and daredevil stunts, we all had great fun doing the challenge!
I’m glad to say I met the target I set … and with the help of everybody else over £6500 was donated to a fantastic charity.
